Job Description
Behavior Technician role at Behavioral Health Works, working with kids with autism using ABA therapy, teaching communication, social, and self-help skills, and partnering with families and a clinical team.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Available weekday afternoons or evenings (3 to 8pm, minimum 3 days/week)
- Reliable car, valid license, and insurance
- Comfortable with tech, using phone/tablet for data collection
- Experience or passion for caregiving, education, or working with kids with special needs (preferred)
