Director, GCO Program Lead (GCPL)

BeOne is seeking a Director, GCO Program Lead (GCPL) to lead the global team of gCSMs, provide inspirational leadership, and facilitate proactive risk and issue management. The role requires a deep understanding of ICH/GCP Guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements, as well as experience in people management and program management.

Requirements

• 10+ years' experience in clinical trial industry
• Bachelor or higher degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline
• Project management exposure/experience across the entire lifecycle of multi-region/country clinical trials in a fast-paced global environment
