Job Description
We are seeking a Director, Global Value, Access & Pricing for our Solid Tumors, Pipeline. The successful candidate will lead the creation and implementation of global pricing and market access strategies for ST pipeline products, aligning with clinical and commercial goals. The role requires a strong understanding of global pricing & reimbursement landscape, market access, and payer engagement within the oncology therapeutic area.
Requirements
- 10+ years of related pharmaceutical experience
- 5+ years of direct experience in global/ regional or local Market Access functions
- Deep experience in market access and payer engagement within the oncology therapeutic area
- Detailed understanding of global pricing & reimbursement landscape
- Strong analytical competencies to structure complex issues
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
- Strong customer focus in cross functional collaborations and teams
- Expertise and understanding of dynamic global market access value models
