Heavy Equipment Mechanic

Bejac Corporation is seeking an experienced heavy equipment mechanic for shop service. Requirements

• Service customer equipment in shop or at customer's jobsite
• Capable of completing jobs at or under manufacturer’s published flat rate repair times
• Ability to plan work and complete route maintenance services without supervision
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs
• Ability to work under pressure independently and as a team player
• Must be able to lift 75# unassisted
• Welding experience
• Hydraulic & electrical experience
• Mid-level diagnostic ability
• Ability to perform repairs such as welding, R & R of major components such as axles, engines, and transmissions
• Ability to perform repairs on components and attachments such as hammers and shears
• Engine certifications a plus
• Ability to understand instructions, written and verbal
• Possess a clean and valid Class B driver’s license, recent K4 printout
• Must be detail oriented
• Ability to multi-task
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
