Safety Health Environment Manager

As Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) Manager, you will be responsible for leading and embedding effective SHE management across the site. The role provides both strategic and operational leadership to ensure legal compliance, continuous improvement in safety performance, and the promotion of a positive safety culture.

Requirements

• Proven experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Practical involvement in risk assessments
• Demonstrated experience leading or supporting incident and near-miss investigations
• Involvement in site audits, inspections and SHE compliance activities
• Experience influencing safe behaviours and embedding SHE standards across mixed teams
