Requirements
- Oversee and support current and potential customers, National Accounts, and MLR territory Representatives
- Lead and participate in making strategic cold calls and outreach to prospects
- Guide and follow up with prospects throughout the sales cycle, ensuring their needs are met by providing quotes, obtaining ratings, and delivering updates
- Conduct compelling presentations and demonstrations to highlight the value of our products and services to prospective buyers
- Analyze data to identify trends, inform decision-making, and optimize sales strategies
- Stay current on company offerings and industry trends, providing strategic insights to enhance market positioning
- Manage and maintain a comprehensive database of contact information
- Foster long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to enhance the overall customer experience
- Manage escalated complaints and lead negotiations to achieve resolutions
- Represent the company at industry shows, customer events, and meetings, contributing to brand visibility and market presence
