Junior Usability/Human Factors Engineer

Belay Technologies is seeking a Usability/Human Factors Engineer to join their intel team, collaborating with developers and engineers to ensure intelligence products remain modern and highly usable.

Requirements

• Experience conducting user research and analysis
• Ability to translate user requirements into design specifications
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe XD, PenPot, or similar platforms
• TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph
• 5 years with a Bachelor’s in Computer Science (or related field)
