The ideal candidate will have a TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph, a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline, and 14 years of experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.

- Fourteen (14) years of experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
- Proven project management experience within an operations related field
- Ability to build strong relationships in cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated leadership skills to lead the project team to develop great, innovative, high quality products that exceed customer expectations with a sense of urgency for completion
- Proven ability and experience with project management tools such as MS Project, WBS, FMEA, Risk Analysis, Planisware, and SAP for budget tracking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including formal presentation skills and ability to translate technical and non-technical communications based on audience understanding
- Solid organizational, multi-tasking and team building skills
- Experience with Angular 12/13, Typescript, Python 3, Pandas, PIL/Pillow, Wand/Imagemagick, Docker
- Experience deploying applications in a cloud environment
- Understanding of Big-Data Cloud Scalability (Amazon, Google, Facebook)
- Experience designing and developing automated analytics software, techniques, and algorithms.
- Experience with taxonomy construction for analytic disciplines, knowledge areas, and skills
- Experience developing and deploying:
- Data driven analytics
- Event driven analytics
- Sets of analytics orchestrated through rules engines
- Experienced with linguistics (grammar, morpholoy, concepts)
- Experience developing and deploying analytics that discover and exploit social networks
- Experience documenting ontologies, data models, schema, formats, data element
