Requirements
- Engineering degree with a focus on manufacturing or automation technologies
- 10+ years of experience in implementing advanced manufacturing and automation strategies
- 5+ years in a leadership role
- Strong expertise in robotics, process optimization, lean manufacturing and digital manufacturing systems
- Strategic, analytical, and highly driven to achieve operational excellence
- Strong global leadership and communication skills
- Effectively managing cross-functional teams and providing clear, data-driven reports to senior leadership
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills across technical and executive levels
