Requirements

• Ensure the proper functioning of solutions, handle incidents, and client requests in accordance with expected service levels
• Perform monitoring and field interventions on existing installations
• Design, configure, and commission new solutions
• Assist the project manager during the technical study, engineering, and project execution phases
• Provide technical support to the sales manager
