Post-Processing Supervisor

BeLeaf Medical is seeking a Post-Processing Supervisor to oversee the Flower Pack team and maintain compliance and production in the cultivation facility. The successful candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, leadership skills, and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Oversee all functions of the Post-Processing Flower Pack team
• Scheduling, packaging products, rework, and batch record keeping
• Review data and navigate Microsoft Suite applications
• Complete quality control audits and input data into state compliance software
• Maintain data records around productivity and quality metrics
• Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to diagnose, adjust, and maintain complex machinery
• Hands-on experience with automated production equipment and PLC-controlled systems
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to product quality and safety
