We're looking for a Director of International Growth P&C to drive our cross-border expansion strategy.

Requirements

• Justifying solid expertise in Non-Life/P&C insurance with more than 10 years of experience in the sector, ideally in an international context, with a deep understanding of technical and commercial challenges
• Demonstrating P&L management experience with the ability to take data-driven decisions to maximize profitability
• Combining strategic vision and analytical rigor with the ability to anticipate trends, evaluate risks, and build concrete action plans, backed by data and benchmarks
• Embodying inspiring leadership with the ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams, influence internal and external stakeholders, and create a collective dynamic around growth objectives
