Job | Restructuring Manager | Bruxelles

As a Restructuring Manager, you will play a key role in the proactive management of high-risk files, monitoring risks, following portfolio, and ensuring the management and follow-up of files presenting a high credit risk. You will also write reports and opinions for various committees and provide management with regular reports on watchlisted, default or forbearance files.

Requirements

• Holder of a Master in Applied Economics, Engineering Management or Law
• At least 2 to 3 years of experience as a credit analyst or lawyer, ideally within a financial institution
• Relevant experience in analyzing and interpreting corporate financial documents, following and reviewing a portfolio, and translating this information into clear and structured analyses
• Excellent command of Dutch, a good knowledge of French, and English knowledge is an asset
• Knowledge of Belgian legislation on financing and insolvency is a plus
