Job | Restructuring Manager | Brussel

As a Restructuring Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring the active portfolio, identifying risks, and developing solutions to mitigate them. You will also prepare reports and advice to various committees and management. The role requires a strong analytical mind, negotiation skills, and knowledge of leasing regulations and Belgian legislation on financing and insolvency.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Applied Economic Sciences, Industrial Engineering or Law
• At least 2-3 years of experience as a credit analyst or lawyer
• Relevant experience in analyzing and interpreting financial documents of companies
• Experience with leasing is a strong plus
• Excellent knowledge of Dutch, with good knowledge of French
• Knowledge of English is a plus
