The Senior Strategy Manager will lead large-scale transversal strategic projects, manage stakeholders, and coordinate strategic communication and reporting for the Private, Retail & Wealth domain at Belfius Bank, Insurance, and Asset Management.

Requirements

• Master's degree in economics, finance, mathematics, law, or computer science
• At least 5 years of professional experience in project management within the banking sector
• Strong ability to manage and mobilize stakeholders in a transversal environment
• Ability to translate a strategic vision into concrete actions
• Analytical mind, proactive, and structured approach
• Multilingual (Dutch/French/English)
