Job Description
Join the Talent Strategy Office-team of Belfius and contribute to the re-invention of the Young Professionals (YP) trajectory. You will contribute to the implementation and further improvement of the Young Professionals program.
Requirements
- Working towards a master's degree, ideally in Human Resources, management, business, or communication
- Trilingual (NL / FR / EN)
- Proactive and organized, with initiative
- Interested in project management, talent development, and training programs
- Enjoy working in a team and coordinating multiple projects
