Job Description
Key Account Manager – Zimbabwe (Remote) role involves managing and growing strategic client relationships within the Zimbabwean market, driving revenue growth and account development, and ensuring market and regulatory alignment.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Key Account Management, Client Relationship Management, or similar roles within the payments, fintech, or financial services sector.
- Proven experience managing enterprise or banking clients within African markets.
- Experience working with payment gateways, card acquiring, eCommerce payments, POS, or mPOS solutions.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred)
