Senior B-BBEE Transformation Specialist

Senior B-BBEE Transformation Specialist to drive complex client mandates and shape executive-level strategy for a premier specialist transformation advisory firm delivering high-impact B-BBEE, Transformation, and DEI solutions to JSE-listed, unlisted, and non-profit organisations across Sub-Saharan Africa.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of progressive experience in B-BBEE advisory, transformation consulting, or ownership structuring
• Demonstrated experience advising listed or large enterprise clients
• A relevant degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, Economics, or Development Studies
• Professional Credentials: A postgraduate qualification (MBA, LLB) or professional designation (CA(SA) or CFA) is highly advantageous
• Advanced legislative expertise in B-BBEE Codes and Sector Codes, alongside strong financial and analytical modelling skills
• Confident Board-level communication and the ability to operate under regulatory and commercial pressure
• Ability to link transformation initiatives to tangible commercial outcomes
• High ethical standards and intellectual curiosity
• A self-motivated individual who can thrive in a dynamic and changing environment
