Business Affairs Senior Leader

We are seeking a Senior Leader Business Affairs to manage small catalogue acquisition processes for India & South East Asia, ensuring efficient and legally sound execution of transactions. The role requires expertise in intellectual property laws and M&A transactions, with knowledge of local territories and a focus on scalability and adherence to Group legal standards and best practices.

Requirements

• 7-9 years of experience in law firms and/or as in-house counsel, with a proven track record of IP/content rights-related transactions
• Strong problem-solving mindset, excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) required
• Master's degree in business law with combined expertise in Intellectual Property and M&A
