As the Head of Business Channel - EMEA, you will lead a team of commercial sales, channel development, and B2B marketing professionals to drive revenue growth, market share expansion, and strong brand positioning across the region.
Requirements
- Proven ability to lead and influence teams in a matrixed, multi-country environment
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing P&L and driving sustainable, profitable growth
- Deep understanding of B2B channels, including distributors, resellers, VARs, and enterprise customers
- Experience overseeing marketing strategy and execution, including lead generation, content strategy, and digital campaigns
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with a customer-first approach
- Highly analytical with strong skills in forecasting, pipeline management, and performance measurement
- Strategic thinker with the ability to balance big-picture vision with hands-on execution
- Comfortable travelling across EMEA as needed to meet customers, partners, and internal teams
