Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Marketing, or related field)
• 3+ years of retail or field sales experience; consumer electronics strongly preferred
• Strong communication, coaching, and relationship-building abilities
• A self-starter mindset—organized, accountable, and ready to own your territory and team
• Comfort with frequent travel (80-90%) and a dynamic schedule
• Proficiency with CRM, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
