Job Description
The Mental Health Department provides recovery-oriented services. The Psychiatric Rehabilitation Worker/Assistant's primary responsibility is to assist and participate in the functioning of the clubhouse, including overseeing assigned unit.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two (2) years experience in human services
- One (1) year of direct mental health experience
- Completed or will attend 12 (twelve) hour psychiatric rehabilitation orientation training within one (1) year of hire
- 21 (twenty-one) years old
- Valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License and reliable transportation and insurable driving record
- Pennsylvania State Police Background Check
- Completed or will attend three (3) week training at an International Center of Clubhouse Development (ICCD) certified training base within two (2) years of employment
