The Clinical Group Therapy Supervisor will provide clinical supervision and training to assigned staff members, facilitate the implementation of clinical planning for clients, and collaborate with parents and professionals to facilitate clients' treatment progress.
Requirements
- Minimum Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field.
- Valid Ohio LISW or LPCC required.
- Supervisory designation strongly preferred.
- Strong clinical skills including expertise in systemic family therapy, crisis intervention, family education, behavioral interventions, group work and substance abuse therapy.
- Proven experience in public relations, community development and both clinical and administrative supervision.
- Must have experience in working with children, adolescents and their families.
