Job Description
The Monarch Residential Autism Services Floor Supervisor is responsible for managing the operations and facilitation of shift duties and responsibilities within the Monarch Residential Autism Services. This includes providing direct and indirect supervision to employees, delivering and directing programming for clients, and coordinating relevant program experiences.
