Email Marketing Manager (Klaviyo)

We are looking for a Senior Email Marketing Manager to join our team at Bellesa Boutique, a woman-led company that aims to close the pleasure gap by normalizing pleasure and making sexual wellness accessible and fun. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 3+ year of experience in email marketing and ecommerce
• Experience using Klaviyo (must-have)
• Experience with SMS (a plus)
• Strong analytical skills and experience with tracking and measuring campaign performance
• Highly detail-oriented with excellent communication and project management skills
• Marketing certificate or degree is a plus
• Strong command and understanding of email marketing KPIs, metrics and technology
