Product Designer (Softgoods)

Our product design team creates bags and accessories that people rely on for decades, not seasons. We need someone who can help us maintain our depth of design thinking while we scale.

Requirements

• 2+ years of direct bag and pack design experience
• Strong Illustrator skills and the ability to create clear technical specs
• Hands-on prototyping and bag construction knowledge
• Experience communicating with suppliers and refining samples through multiple iterations
• Natural attention to detail and genuine excitement about solving construction challenges
• Project management skills to juggle multiple pieces at different stages
