Accountant

The Analyst, Accounting role will collaborate with accounting and real estate asset management teams, supporting both while assisting in executing business plans across various asset types. The role involves managing month-end close processes, reporting consolidated fund-level accounting data, reviewing financial statements, identifying process improvements, and assisting with client-focused investment reports and KPI tracking.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in accounting or business-related field
• Certification preferred
• Ability to build out a complex financial model from scratch including waterfalls and various debt structures.
• Ability to read and analyze investment, lease, and management agreements.
