Analyst, Debt

Bellwether is a global advisory firm that helps businesses solve complex challenges and enhance enterprise value. The Analyst, Debt will be responsible for supporting the asset management team in preserving and creating value in the existing portfolio, working alongside the investment team in origination, underwriting and execution of real estate debt related investment opportunities across various property types.

Requirements

• A minimum of 1 years’ relevant experience
• Demonstrated interest in commercial real estate analytics
• Bachelor’s degree required
