Job Description
Bellwether is seeking an Associate, Underwriting to support the Torchlight Underwriting team in managing real estate debt and equity products. This role involves due diligence, transaction structuring, and providing analytical support for commercial real estate investments. The company specializes in private real estate investments in areas like office, retail, hospitality, and industrial assets across North America, Europe, and Asia.
Requirements
- Conduce due diligence on investment opportunities.
- Perform property-level due diligence.
