Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling daily transactions, and ensuring the timely completion of essential accounting tasks.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online
- Experience with Bill.com and other payment processing systems is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information
