Aveva MES Lead Developer - 6 Months Contract

We are seeking an experienced Lead AVEVA MES Developer to support the design and build phase of a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) implementation within the process/CPG industry.

Requirements

• Lead the design and development of AVEVA MES solutions during the build phase.
• Work collaboratively with client stakeholders in Denmark in an agile, sprint-based delivery structure.
• Co-create solutions with engineers and business users in short development cycles.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable MES solutions.
• Apply deep product expertise to ensure optimal use of standard AVEVA MES capabilities.
• Identify when standard configuration is sufficient versus when customization or alternative modules are required.
• Challenge business stakeholders constructively to clarify requirements and align expectations.
• Ensure adherence to best practices, architecture standards, and product governance.
• Support troubleshooting, optimization, and enhancement of the MES solution.
• Provide leadership and guidance to other developers and engineers within the project team.
