We are looking for a Community Support Worker to provide high-quality, person-centred care to individuals in their own homes. The role involves supporting daily routines and encouraging independence, with a focus on building a compassionate and skilled team around each client's needs.
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car
- Enhanced DBS Check and full employment background check
- Ability to work varied shifts, including full time days, part time days and nights
