Growth Product Management

Belong is building a new system for the rental Home, and we're looking for a Growth Product Manager to own and scale the homeowner supply growth engine. You'll be responsible for driving strategy and execution for a full-stack, AI-first funnel, generating high-quality supply faster and more cost-effectively every month.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in product management with ownership over growth funnels, ideally in a B2C or marketplace company
• Strong understanding of UX principles and ability to turn concepts into high-fidelity wireframes and designs
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with experimentation frameworks and statistical methods
• Experience integrating or working with AI technologies to enhance product capabilities
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and a focus on delivering value quickly
