We're seeking a versatile HOA Community Liaison to manage relationships with HOAs and act as the main point of contact for anything related to HOAs, providing vital support to our business.
Requirements
- Previous experience in account/client relationship management
- Detail oriented and strong organizational skills
- English proficiency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Google Suite and telephony systems (Zendesk, Intercom)
- Previous experience in customer service/customer facing roles
- Previous experience and knowledge of HOAs or real estate
