Leasing Advisor (Entry level)

Deliver an exceptional homeowner and resident experience from listing to love as a Leasing Advisor at Belong. Proactively communicate with homeowners, manage resident applications, and execute leases to reduce vacancy and bad debt/eviction risk.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in sales, negotiation, or customer-facing roles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Technical proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, and Intercom
• Prior experience in real estate, property management, or residential construction is highly advantageous
