Job Description
The Senior Community Support Worker will assist with service coordination, review care plans, mentor support workers, and ensure compliance with safeguarding protocols. The role involves delivering care, companionship, and empathy to customers, as well as participating in community-based activities.
Requirements
- Values-driven professional with experience and key qualification in care and support
- Ability to lead, coach, and inspire team members
- Strong communication and assessment skills
- Calm, organised, and confident in decision-making
- Driving licence and access to a car
- Enhanced DBS will be required
