Job Description
BelovED and Empowerment Academy are seeking a Kindergarten Teacher to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a commitment to the school's mission and goals, as well as a record of producing significant student learning gains. The teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, working collaboratively with colleagues, and supporting students with diverse needs.
Requirements
- Certificate of eligibility to teach in Kindergarten
- 2+ years of experience teaching in an urban classroom
- Experience with Teach Like a Champion pedagogical techniques and/or training with Teach For America, Education Pioneers, The New Teacher Project, or New Leaders for New Schools
