High School Counselor or Social Worker

Empowerment Academy Charter School is hiring a School Counselor/ Social Worker for the 2026-2027 School Year and beyond at our High School! As our school is growing, we will be adding SEL Support. We are looking for someone who specifically has strong College and Career Readiness experience.

Requirements

• Certified by the NJ DOE as a School Counselor or Social Worker
• At least 2 years of experience working in a similar role (beyond internship)
• Career and College Readiness Experience
