Staff Substitute Teacher

Empowerment Academy Charter School is hiring a Staff Substitute Teacher for our Middle School to begin in the 2026/2027 School Year and beyond! This is a permanent position, not per diem. You would be a full-time member of our dynamic and fantastic staff and have access to benefits. We value our faculty and work hard to control other costs so we can focus our resources on supporting them.

Requirements

• hold a substitute teaching certificate issued from the NJ Department of Education
• have experience working with children and strong classroom management skills
• be able to work collaboratively with special education and ELL staff
