Job Description
We are seeking a positive, upbeat Front Desk Associate to join our team in a full-time position, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
Requirements
- Schedule patient appointments either in person or over the phone
- Maintain patient's files abiding by HIPAA regulations
- Verify patient's insurance eligibility and benefits through insurance carriers
- Create invoices to bill insurance accurately and timely with attention to detail
- Delivering exceptional customer service to our amazing patients with friendliness, compassion, and enthusiasm
- Light cleaning, filing, and inventory management
