Software Engineer Manager - Trade Selection

Belvedere Trading is a leading proprietary trading firm seeking an experienced Software Engineer Manager to guide the team responsible for developing the logic that controls the market activity of their execution systems. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record as both an individual contributor and a team leader, with expertise in low-latency design, C++, and options trading concepts.

Requirements

• 5+ years in a technical/coding role with experience delivering high-performance software
• Formal experience managing and mentoring software developers
• Demonstrated success managing projects through all phases of the software development lifecycle
• Expert C++ fluency required
• Additional experience in Python (or C#) is a strong plus
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
