Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Associate degree from accredited university
- Previous client-facing sales experience valued
- Real estate license (not required for interview)
- Experience with reading contracts and other legal documents
- Ability to understand, negotiate, and execute leasing contracts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong digital literacy and capabilities with Excel, Salesforce, and Word
