Job Description
Ben E. Keith Company is seeking a Marination Package Machine Operator to operate a packing machine, hand pack finished products, box and prep for shipping.
Requirements
- 3-6 months of operating a machine in a high-speed production environment
- 3-6 months setting up, breaking down, and performing daily operating maintenance on pack machines
- Ability to read and interpret packaging specifications
- Basic understanding of machine functions and pre-operation inspections; stop, start, speed adjustments
- Experience with various cuts of meat and pork desired, but not required
- Familiarity with pallet jack, forklift, or other industrial vehicles
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Self-Starter
- Basic math knowledge
