Job Description
Lead a cross-functional product engineering squad building complex B2B SaaS products across HR, employee benefits, and fintech, and help the team ship high-quality software, grow into stronger product engineers, and adopt AI-native and agentic ways of working.
Requirements
- Line manage 4-8 product engineers
- Staying hands-on in the code, contributing to strategic, high-impact work
- Provide technical guidance on complex B2B SaaS products and features
- Mentoring engineers on technical problem-solving, system design, and career development
- Drive the adoption of AI tooling and agentic development workflows
