Job Description
Join Benchmark Senior Living as a Programming/Activity Assistant at Adelaide of Newton Centre. Organize and implement programs for residents with diverse needs, promote self-esteem, and support the Activity Director.
Requirements
- High school diploma, bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and knowledge of aging and disability issues
- Training and knowledge in recreational activities
- Training and knowledge of Alzheimer’s and related dementias
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks, demonstrate a positive attitude, and work well under pressure
- Maintain confidentiality regarding residents, staff, and the community
