Activity Assistant

We are looking for a compassionate Programming/Activity Assistant to join our team at Benchmark Senior Living at Leominster Crossings. The Programming/Activity Assistant organizes and implements programs designed to meet the individual needs of our residents, supporting the Activity Director in all necessary programming.

Requirements

• High school diploma, bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and knowledge of aging and disability issues
• Training and knowledge in recreational activities
• Training and knowledge of Alzheimer’s and related dementias
• Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding residents, staff, and the community
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks, demonstrate a positive attitude, and work well under pressure
