The Care Nurse Supervisor (CNS) manages the successful operation of the Resident Care Department, under the leadership of the Resident Care Director (RCD). The CNS is responsible for the oversight, coaching, and direct supervision of all resident care service providers in the community.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved L.P.N. program (per state requirements).
- Has a valid, unrestricted nursing license.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience working as a nurse.
- Previous experience working with the elderly in a paid or volunteer position highly desirable.
