Job Description
Join Benchmark Senior Living as a compassionate Programming/Activity Assistant to organize and implement programs for seniors with diverse needs. Assist the Activity Director and lead activities to promote self-esteem in a caring environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma, bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience and knowledge of aging and disability issues
- Training and knowledge in recreational activities
- Training and knowledge of Alzheimer's and related dementias
- Maintains confidentiality and ability to work well under pressure
