Admission Registered Nurse, Hospice (Full Time)

Determines patient eligibility for hospice, screens for insurance benefits, and works with case managers and social workers to maximize patient comfort and health.

Requirements

• Current state registered nurse license
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• One-year acute care or long-term care experience within the last two years
• One-year home health care experience within the last two years
• One-year community health or public health experience within the last two years
• One-year hospice experience within the last two years
