Performs customer service functions in the medical office setting, handles pressure, and deals with stressful situations. Works in an outpatient ENT clinic setting at Benefis Health system in Great Falls, MT.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or Equivalent
• Minimum of two (2) years medical office experience
• Previous experience with health insurance and patient billing
• Completion of medical terminology course within 30 days
• Completion of Clarivate Patient Access II Education Packet within 3 months
